1.1. “Act” – The Gambling Act 2005.
1.2. “Lottery” – The subscription-based society lottery.
1.3. “Entry” – The Entry of a Lucky Number into a Lottery Draw.
1.4. “Draw” – The process by which winners are selected.
1.5. “Winning Number” – As defined in 6.2.
1.6. “Society” – Look Good Feel Better Trading Limited of West Hill House, 32 West Hill, Epsom, Surrey, England, KT19 8JD, Company number 09017551.
1.7. “ZenterPrize” – BriteVox Limited of BriteVox House, Queensway Business Park, Queensway, Telford, Shropshire, England, TF1 7UL, Company number 10904538, trading as ZenterPrize, is an External Lottery Manager (ELM) licensed and regulated in Great Britain by The Gambling Commission under account number 57556. An ELM is a private commercial company licensed to administer society lotteries on behalf of Societies in Great Britain.
1.8. “We” “Our”– ZenterPrize and/or the Promoter.
1.9. “Player” “You” “Your” – An individual registered with the Lottery.
1.10. “Rules” – The rules of the Lottery are as set out below and amended from time to time.
1.11. “Customer Funds” – As defined by the Gambling Commission but, generally meaning money which has been received by ZenterPrize from Players to be entered into a Lottery.
1.12. “Lucky Number” – The six digits used to identify individual Entries into the Lottery.
1.13. “Bonus Number” – A Lucky Number which is entered into a Draw after matching three digits in a Draw.

1.15. “Promoter” – The registered or licensed promoting Society of the Lottery.

2.2 the Lottery is jointly promoted by ZenterPrize, who administer the lottery, and the Society.
3.1. Registration will require You to complete an application form and provide the following information:
3.1.1. Your name and address (You must be resident in Great Britain to enter).
3.1.2. Your date of birth.
3.1.3. The number of Entries in the Lottery You wish to purchase. The maximum number of Entries into any Lottery is 10. If you choose three or more entries, ZenterPrize will contact you to ensure you are fully aware of the costs.
3.1.4. A contact phone number.
3.1.5. An email address.
3.2. Following registration, ZenterPrize will send You a confirmation which will include:
3.2.1. The date of the first Draw into which You will be entered.
3.2.2. Your Lucky Numbers.
3.2.3 Your name, address, and any other relevant details provided to ZenterPrize as part of Your registration.
3.3. If You discover any error in the details provided as part of Your registration when You receive Your confirmation, You must correct this by notifying ZenterPrize using the contact details at the bottom of this page.
3.4. It is Your responsibility to advise ZenterPrize of any change of address, contact details and other details deemed necessary.
3.5. ZenterPrize will make any required corrections as soon as reasonably possible. Any correction notified to ZenterPrize shall only become effective once the correction has been made.
3.6. Changes to the bank or building society specified during registration will require the completion of a new Direct Debit mandate unless processed automatically via Bacs.
3.7. We reserve the right to refuse an application without giving a reason at our absolute discretion.
4.1. It is an offence to play a Lottery under the age of 16.
4.2. You must be 18 or over on the date of application to join a Lottery. If You joined the Lottery before 1st August 2023, You must have been 16 or over on the date of application.
4.3. If You are found to be under the age specified. Prizes won will be forfeit, Entries will be withdrawn from any future Draw and Customer Funds will be refunded.
4.4. We reserve the right to carry out verification checks and require any evidence that ZenterPrize considers necessary to prove Your age and identity.
5.1. The price for each Entry is £1, or such other sum as ZenterPrize may from time to time notify to You.
5.2. Payment may be made via the following methods.
5.2.1. Direct Debit.
5.2.2. Any other method made available from time to time.
5.3. To comply with the Act only those Entries for which payment has been received in advance are eligible for Entry into the Lottery.
5.3.1. Therefore, ZenterPrize must have either received Your Customer Funds, or received confirmation from either the Promotor or a payment service provider that they have received Your Customer Funds by 5:00pm on the Thursday preceding the next weekly Draw.
5.3.2. It is Your responsibility to check that payments being made are correct.
5.4. Entries will cease when no further payments are received, and Your Customer Funds become insufficient to fund Your Entries into the Lottery.
5.5. If Your Customer Funds remain insufficient to pay for Entries into a Lottery for 12 months or greater, ZenterPrize will attempt to transfer Your remaining Customer Funds to the account which You made the payment from. If ZenterPrize is unable to do this, Your remaining Customer Funds will be transferred as a donation to the Promoter whose lottery You play.
6.1. The Draw will normally take place each Monday. Where this is not possible, it will be conducted as soon after as possible.
6.2. The Winning Number is a six-digit number comprised of the last published digit of the Fahrenheit temperature for the locations listed below, as published in “The Daily Mail” or such other newspaper as ZenterPrize may (at its discretion) select from time to time. It is determined before the Draw.
6.2.1. Corfu
6.2.2. Athens
6.2.3. Tenerife
6.2.4. Vienna
6.2.5. Amsterdam
6.2.6. Stockholm
6.3. If one or more of the six cities chosen are not printed in the selected newspaper, back up cities will be used in this order:
6.3.1. Paris
6.3.2. Copenhagen
6.3.3. Berlin
6.3.4. Dublin
6.3.5. Lisbon
6.3.6. Strasbourg
7.1. Prize winners will be determined by whether the digits of Your Lucky Number which has been entered into a Draw, match the digits of the Winning Number.
7.2. For a digit of Your Lucky Number to match a digit of the Winning Number, it must also match the position.
7.3. Prizes are issued as follows:
7.3.1. Match 6 digits, the prize will be £25,000.
7.3.2. Match 5 digits, the prize will be £250.
7.3.3. Match 4 digits, the prize will be £20.
7.3.4. Match 3 digits, the prize will be 2 bonus entries into forthcoming Draws using Your Bonus Number.
7.4. There is a limit of one prize per Entry which will be the highest possible prize awardable for the applicable Entry.
7.5. The winning probabilities are:
7.5.1. Six Digit match 1 in 1,000,000
7.5.2. Five Digit Match 1 in 18,518
7.5.3. Four Digit Match 1 in 823
7.5.4. Three Digit Match 1 in 69
7.6. Prize winners will be notified via email within 7 days of the Draw taking place.
7.7. Winning Numbers are published on the Website and are also available from the ZenterPrize office on request.
7.8. All cash prizes will be paid directly into Your bank account. Where payment is not possible, We will contact You to allow You to provide updated bank information or an alternative means of payment. If no response is received within 6 months of the Draw, the cash prize will be treated as a donation to the Promotor whose Lottery You play.
7.9. You may be required to prove You have met the criteria specified in these Rules, to claim a prize. ZenterPrize reserves the right to withhold the payment of any prize until it is entirely satisfied that the Rules have been fully complied with.
7.10. There are no alternatives to the prizes offered from time to time and no interest is payable.
8.1. You may cancel Your Entry into the Lottery by notifying ZenterPrize via the following methods using the contact details at the bottom of this page:
8.1.1. Post.
8.1.2. E-mail.
8.1.3. Form on the Website.
8.2. Upon receipt of Your cancellation, ZenterPrize will:
8.2.1. Cancel future Direct Debit payments as soon as practicable.
8.2.2. Cancel future Debit card payments as soon as is practicable.
8.3. You may request a refund of payments made prior to the cancellation notice being received but which have not been used to pay for Entries. ZenterPrize will refund by bank transfer to Your nominated bank account.
8.4. If You wish to rejoin the Lottery at a future date, You must complete a new registration.
9.1. An instruction to be self-excluded, as defined by the Gambling Commission, from the Lottery may be sent by post, via a form on the Website, or by email using the details at the bottom of this page.
9.2. Customers wishing to use this facility will not be able to rejoin the Lottery for a minimum period of 6 months from the date of exclusion.
9.3. The consequences of self-exclusion and the full ZenterPrize procedure are available from ZenterPrize on request; You are encouraged to read these before committing to self-exclusion.
9.4. If You who wish to self-exclude from the Lottery may also request to be self-excluded from all other lotteries which ZenterPrize administers.
9.5. If You who wish to self-exclude from the Lottery, You are encouraged to consider self-excluding from all forms of gambling.
9.6 We have a responsibility to ensure playing is fun. We take this seriously. Our Responsible Gambling Policy can be viewed on the Website and You can request a copy by email or post using the contact details at the bottom of this page.
10.1. Any complaints relating to the Lottery may be sent by post, via a form on the Website, or by email using the details at the bottom of this page givng full details of the complaint, and supporting documentation.
10.2. Our decision regarding complaints made pursuant to the Rules shall normally be final and binding.
10.3. All complaints and disputes will be dealt with in accordance with the ZenterPrize complaints and disputes procedure, a copy of which is available from the ZenterPrize office or the Website.
10.4. A ‘dispute’ is an unresolved ‘complaint’ relating to the Lottery. In the event a dispute cannot be resolved, then it may be referred to Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR). As a member of the Lotteries Council the ADR entity will be The Independent Betting Adjudication Service (IBAS). IBAS is a free to use service.

11.1. We may, without giving reason or notice, cancel an Entry, or terminate or suspend the Lottery.
11.2. ZenterPrize will write outline options and actions available to You.
11.3. ZenterPrize may (at its absolute discretion) suspend the Lottery for any period. Players will have the right to a refund of the relevant Customer Funds in the event that the relevant Draw does not take place.
11.4. You will be notified of further details regarding the resumption of the Lottery or otherwise as soon as reasonably practicable.
11.5. The Promoter’s decisions required regarding suspension or cancellation to be made pursuant to these Rules shall, once made, be final and binding.
11.6. Save where the Rules expressly provide otherwise, We shall not be obliged to respond to or to enter any correspondence.
11.7. Entries that have been purchased and entered into a Draw shall not be refunded.
12.1. ZenterPrize is committed to protecting Your privacy. A copy of the Privacy Policy is available from ZenterPrize or the Website. Data collected from You is used lawfully in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018.
13.1. ZenterPrize are required to inform Players about what happens to Customer Funds which are held on account, and the extent to which funds are protected in the event of insolvency. The Gambling Commission provides further information on our licence conditions detailing what a Player must be told about their funds.
13.2. Customer funds are held separately from ZenterPrize company funds, in a special segregated ‘client’ bank account administered by ZenterPrize. However, whilst steps have been taken to protect customer funds but there is no absolute guarantee that all funds will be repaid. This meets the Gambling Commission’s requirements for the segregation of customer funds at the level: medium protection. For more information, please see the customer funds insolvency ratings system.
14.1. ZenterPrize reserves the right to amend or modify the Rules at any time.
14.2. Minor changes will be displayed on the Service Notices page of the Website. You are therefore advised to regularly check the Rules for such amendments or alterations.
14.3. Material changes will be published on the Website’s Service Notices page at least 28 days prior to a change being made and You will be notified using Your registered details. Changes which are deemed material include changes to the prizes, method for selecting the Winning Number, price for Entry and anything else which ZenterPrize deems to be significant under the provisions of the Act.
15.1. We shall not be liable to any Player in contract, tort, negligence or otherwise for any indirect or consequential loss suffered in relation to participation in the Lottery (including loss of the opportunity to enter the Lottery and / or the chance of winning a prize).
15.2. By entering the Lottery, You agree to be bound by the Rules, and applicable provisions of the Act and any relevant regulations made thereunder from time to time. ZenterPrize shall not be liable for any loss or damage (including loss of the opportunity to enter the Lottery and / or the right to receive a prize) suffered by You if You have not complied with the Rules.
15.3. Other than for the return of any Customer Funds held on account for future Lotteries and the award of prizes won in completed Draws in line with the Rules, We shall not be liable to any Player for any actual or perceived loss or damage (including loss of the opportunity to enter the Lottery and / or the right to receive a prize) suffered by any Player arising from:
15.3.1. Any delays or failures in the postal service or other delivery methods used by ZenterPrize or any Player from time to time.
15.3.2. Any delays or failures in any systems used by ZenterPrize or any Player to transmit e-mails.
15.3.3. Any failure in any software or other systems used by ZenterPrize for the administration of the Lottery.
15.3.4. Any delays or failures in the banking system used by ZenterPrize or any Player.
15.3.5. Any refusal by ZenterPrize to accept registration of an individual as a Player or the cancellation of a Player by ZenterPrize.
15.3.6. Any failure to enter Your Lucky Number into a Draw.
15.3.7. Any event beyond the reasonable control of ZenterPrize.
15.3.8. Any loss or damage (including loss of the opportunity to enter the Lottery and / or the right to receive a prize) suffered by any Player if the Player’s personal details are incorrect.
15.3.9. Any Player’s Failure to provide accurate information on a registration, or subsequently fail to update ZenterPrize with any changes.
15.3.10. Cancellation or suspension of the lottery.
16.1. Members and officers of the Promoter are not precluded from playing the Lottery.
16.2. ZenterPrize employees, their partners and persons living in their same household, are precluded from playing the Lottery.
