If you feel you have a problem with gambling and would like to request that Look Good Feel Better Lottery excludes you from all of its gambling related activities, including receiving gambling related marketing materials, you can simply complete and submit the form below. I have a gambling problem and therefore wish to be excluded immediately from all of Look Good Feel Better's gambling related activities, including receiving any gambling related marketing materials from Look Good Feel Better, for a minimum period of:

Your request to self-exclude from the lottery has been successfully processed.
What This Means:
You will no longer be able to participate in the lottery or any related activities until your self-exclusion period has ended.
- You will not receive any marketing materials related to the lottery during this time.
- After the self-exclusion period ends, if you wish to participate again, you must contact us to request reactivation of your account.
